Session Topics and Tracks
This cruise was formerly known as the ACT! Cruise as it was specific to SwiftPage Act!. In 2016, we chose to diversify the content to include 2 other CRM products: Zoho and Salesforce. We recognize that many CRM consultants offer more than a single product and want to gain knowledge on industry trends. In 2020 we added the Sales Manager track.
The primary focus of the CRM cruise is to grow your CRM business, regardless of the products you consult for. Benefits of the Cruise are:
- Form working relationships, and friendships, with other CRM business owners.
- See how other business owners are managing the same problems you are facing.
- Learn about other CRM products and industry trends.
- Pick up technical tips and utilities.
- Have fun. It’s a cruise.
Why a Cruise?
Meeting at a hotel, with meals, car rental, etc., usually costs much more. The cruise ship provides conference facilities and the food is terrific. The atmosphere is relaxed and encourages interaction with your shipmates.
There is a total of 12 hours of formal meeting time. Eight hours are “core” to all attendees. Four hours are CRM specific where we will break off and talk about only about one CRM’s related topics.
